John and Vanessa Boyle of Brockton, welcomed a new addition to their family at 4:52 p.m. May 16, 2011. Brody Daniel Boyle was born at Schuylkill Medical Center, Pottsville.

He weighed 7 pounds, 14.5 ounces. He was 20 inches long.Maternal grandparents are Georgine Wetzel and Michael Wetzel, both of Lansford.Paternal grandparents are Kathryn and George V. Boyle Jr., of Tamaqua.
