State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:
• Police said a runaway juvenile who was reported missing was located and returned to her parents by state police at the Skippack barracks without incident.
The girl was reported missing from her residence on Cricket Drive, Heidelberg Township, to state police at Bethlehem at 8:54 p.m. Sept. 23.
• Richard Strayer, 65, of Columbiaville, Michigan, was charged with reckless endangerment after an incident that occurred at 11:36 a.m. Sept. 21 on Route 873 in Washington Township.
Police said the victim, a 24-year-old man from Collinsville, Illinois, who police said was a door-to-door solicitor, was shot by Strayer.
The charges were filed upon consultation with the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.
• Anthony Leister, 44, of Lansford, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police were called to Route 309 and Shankweiler Road, North Whitehall Township, at 8:10 p.m. Sept. 26.
Police said a 2009 Toyota Highlander was involved in the incident.
• Gavin Kline, 24, of Allentown, is facing charges after he allegedly fled police who tried to initiate a traffic stop at 5:43 p.m. Sept. 19.
Police said he was driving a 2017 Ford Focus in the area of Oakwood Lane and Route 873 in Washington Township when police initiated the stop.
They said Kline failed to yield to emergency lights and sirens and accelerated. They said he subsequently turned himself in to police and was taken into custody without incident.
