State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 53-year-old man from Mary D was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic incident on Forest Lane, Schuylkill Township, at 8:32 p.m. Aug. 10.
The victim was listed as a 67-year-old woman from Mary D.
Police said they talked to both individuals and separated the two for the night.
• A 61-year-old Tuscarora woman is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident police were called to at 11:08 a.m. Aug. 14 on Walnut Street, Schuylkill Township.
Police said it was determined that an account was opened using the victim’s personal identifying information without her authorization and that she was defrauded of $10,392.
• A 56-year-old Tamaqua man was cited for disorderly conduct after police were called to a disturbance on Valley Road, Walker Township, at 8:13 p.m. Aug. 14.
Police said the victims of the incident are a two 47-year-old men, one from New Philadelphia and the other from Pottsville.
• Police were called to the Walmart store on Plaza Drive, Rush Township, for a theft incident.
A 52-year-old woman from Frackville told police that someone took $60 that she had left behind while in the self-checkout line.
The incident occurred at 6:18 p.m. Aug. 16.
