One person was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a crash in West Penn Township. The crash occurred around 8 a.m. along Route 443 near the intersection with Mantzville Road. The male driver was traveling west when he apparently lost control, crossing the roadway, striking a tree and a set of guide rails. He was ejected from the vehicle. He was treated at the scene by members of the Penn Mahoning Ambulance before being flown from the scene by LifeFlight 6. West Penn Township police are investigating the incident.
