The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce is once again holdits Annual Awards Gala.

Nominations for this year’s awards are now open.

“As the deadline approaches, I encourage you to take a few moments to nominate an outstanding business, organization, or individual for recognition at the 2026 Schuylkill Chamber Awards Gala,” said Robert S. Carl Jr., president and CEO of the chamber.

Each year, the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce celebrates the people and organizations whose leadership, innovation, and dedication make Schuylkill County a stronger place to live, work, and do business.

“These awards recognize those who go above and beyond to strengthen our business community, support our local economy, and improve the quality of life throughout our county,” Carl said in a release.

Do you know a business owner who has demonstrated exceptional leadership? A young professional making a difference? An entrepreneur taking bold steps to grow their business? A nonprofit changing lives? Or a company that exemplifies excellence in its industry? If so, submit a nomination.

Award categories include:

• Business Woman of the Year

• Business Man of the Year

• Entrepreneur of the Year

• Small Business of the Year

• Young Professional of the Year

• Nonprofit of the Year

• For-Profit Business of the Year

Nominations must be submitted by Aug. 14.

Submitting a nomination can be completed online, by mail, or by dropping off a completed nomination form at the Chamber office.

The recipients will be recognized during the 2026 Schuylkill Chamber Awards Gala on Oct. 15 at Mountain Valley Golf Course. It will be an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence, recognizing achievement, and honoring those who continue to make a positive impact throughout Schuylkill County.
