Seven Sirens detaches from The Riverwalk

A Lehigh Valley craft brewery has detached itself from The Riverwalk, it announced earlier this month on its Facebook page.

Seven Sirens Brewing Company disclosed that it is no longer associated with the business at 101 Centre St., Parryville.

“I’m proud of the time, energy, and creativity we invested into building something people connected with, and I’m grateful for everyone who supported those efforts along the way.

“Moving forward, our full focus is on continuing to grow and invest in projects that reflect our vision, values, and long-term goals.

“I wish The Riverwalk team the best in their future endeavors and appreciate everyone who was part of the journey.”

Contacted Friday morning, Rebecca Carlino, who co-owns The Riverwalk with her spouse, Jack, said, “We have indeed moved in a new direction regarding our beer selection to better serve our guests with a wider variety of options.

“We do not anticipate any significant impact on our business operations,” Carlino said. “Our guests will continue to be served by the same great staff, and our kitchen operations and food offerings have expanded to offer weekly specials in addition to our regular menu items.”

Carlino added they are “especially excited” for the month ahead, as May marks their anniversary.

“Beginning in May, we are introducing a monthly guest tap series that will feature local brewery favorites,” she said. “We have also expanded our draft list to include a variety of domestic beers.”

Carlino noted they plan to kick off their anniversary month celebrating Cinco De Mayo, Sunday brunches beginning on Mother’s Day, expanded days/hours opening Monday — Sunday noon to 10 p.m., and live music nights on Fridays and Saturdays.

She added they will round out the month with a “Party on The Patio” celebration on May 16 with music, food and drink specials, raffles and giveaways.

“Our guests have been extremely supportive during this transition, and we have had positive feedback regarding our expanded beer selections,” Carlino said. “We look forward to providing great food, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere at The River.”

Seven Sirens Brewing Company announced in October 2024 it was purchasing The Riverwalck Saloon to turn it into its third location.

Seven Sirens also has locations in Bethlehem and Easton.

Riverwalck opened in 2008. Before that, it had been Walck’s Family Restaurant.
