State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 15-year-old girl from Lehighton was cited for harassment after police responded to an incident at 12:13 p.m. on March 18 at the lobby of the Palmerton Area High School, Fireline Road, Lower Towamensing Township.
Police said a 14-year-old girl from Palmerton told police the Lehighton girl verbally threatened her while inside a bus.
• A 59-year-old Albrightsville man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 9:51 p.m. on March 21.
He was stopped in a 2004 Toyota Avalon for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Jonas Road, Polk Township.
• A 44-year-old man from Nicholson is facing charges of possession of a firearm without a license to carry after police made a traffic stop at 10:41 a.m. on March 13.
He was stopped in a 2010 GMC for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 248 in Bowmanstown. He was taken into custody for having the firearm in his possession.
• Police were called to a theft by deception (credit/ATM card) incident at 7:50 a.m. on Feb. 3 on Kenneth Lane, Lower Towamensing Township.
A 37-year-old Palmerton man told police someone utilized his debit card on two separate occasions without his authorization.
The loss totaled $908.38, police said.
