State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police are investigating a statutory rape/sexual assault report that they received through the state’s ChildLine Hotline.

The report alleges a 4-year-old boy from New Philadelphia was the victim of an abuse-neglect incident dating back to Sept. 2, 2013.

• Police said that Matthew Wasilauski, 42, of Allentown, was cited for harassment by physical contact after they responded to an incident at 1:58 p.m. March 8 on Locust Street, Schuylkill Township.

A 64-year-old woman from Tuscarora told police that Wasilauski shoved her during a landlord-tenant dispute.
