State police at Bethlehem

State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• William Gaddis, 43, of Germansville, was committed to the Lehigh County Prison in Allentown, after police were called to a domestic disturbance at 6:25 p.m. Feb. 20 at a property on Pfeiffer Circle, Heidelberg Township.

Police said they determined Gaddis physically assaulted and choked a 23-year-old Germansville woman, who required transportation to a hospital for medical treatment.

They said once contact was made with Gaddis, he disobeyed verbal and physical commands by officers, resisting arrest. Police said he was taken into custody after a brief physical altercation.

• A 39-year-old Saylorsburg woman is the victim of a harassment by physical contact incident police were called to a KidsPeace, North Whitehall Township, at 7:14 p.m. Feb. 17.

Police said a 17-year-old girl from Frankford, Delaware, struck the victim in the face and was issued a non-traffic citation.

Police said the woman was not injured.
