Rush Township Police arrested  David Halaburda, 19, of Barnesville, on Friday for a burglary on Forest Avenue in Rush Township.

Halaburda was lodged in the Schuylkill County prison after being arraigned by Judge Reilly.Halaburda was out on bail for a previous burglary.
