McMahon of Palmerton, part-time kennel worker, animal shelter, effective Dec. 20; and Depinder Singh of Hazle Township, county caseworker I, Children and Youth Services, effective Dec. 8.

• Retirement date correction: Catherine C. Bryfogle of Jim Thorpe, cleaning person, effective Dec. 15.
