A Schuylkill County judge has revoked the parole of a Coaldale man.

President Judge William Baldwin revoked Michael Kabana's parole in two cases on July 23. Kabana, 25, was returned to jail, with credit for the 36 days he had already served.His 91 days on parole was disallowed, and will be added to his maximum sentence. Kabana won't be able to apply for parole again until Oct. 18.Kabana on March 18 pleaded guilty to manufacture, delivery, or intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance in both cases. Baldwin sentenced him one to 23 months in jail.He has since been charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
