Kidder Township voted 4 to 1 tonight to remove the Kidder Volunteer Fire Company from its run cards.

The company will no longer operate as a fire company in Kidder Township.

This action comes in aftermath of accusations of money mismanagement.

Last week Amanda Devine, wife of Kidder Fire Chief John Devine, was charged with stealing more than $30,000 from the fire company's volunteer firefighters' relief fund.
