Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad 425,a 1928 Baldwin built 4-6-2 light "Pacific" originally built for the Gulf, Mobile & Northern, took a special photographers' tour Monday and Tuesday. This engine later became Gulf, Mobile & Ohio 580 and would eventually be retired in 1950. In 1983, the engine was bought by the Blue Mountain & Reading and has routinely pulled excursions throughout eastern Pennsylvania ever since. The train naturally attracted a lot of attention along the way and people shared their videos with us. The first video had 46,000 views and now we posted a second one.
