Marian Catholic High School announced its 2026 Homecoming Court, featuring 12 senior students who embody the leadership, spirit, pride and tradition of the Marian community.

Homecoming queen candidates are Delana Ankiewicz, Elyse Barletta, Brena Farley, Kali Grochowski, Deanna Pugh and Lydia Strucko. Homecoming king candidates are Jason Ashfield, Rory Dixon, Tyler Rebarchak, Dominic Rodino, Yan Rojas and Gavin Zola.

Royalty will be crowned during halftime of the football game on Saturday as the Marian Colts take on Shenandoah Valley. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Men of Marian Stadium.

Fans are encouraged to wear white and fill the stadium for the Homecoming White Out as the Marian community comes together for an evening of school spirit, tradition and Colts football.

The coronation is the culmination of a spirited week of homecoming activities, which began Sunday with Marian Day and the school’s hallway decorating contest. Students from all grade levels transformed the school’s hallways with help from Marian families and alumni. The new decorating day is being created as a nod to the former Cardinal Brennan High School.

Throughout the week, students will participate in themed dress-down days, the March for Life, a soda bar, an indoor volleyball tournament, Homecoming Bingo, Mass, Rita’s Italian Ice at lunch and other special activities.

The week will also feature Marian’s Clash of the Classes, a schoolwide competition recognizing participation in hallway decorating, spirit days, homecoming events, the pep rally and lip sync battle, which was a tradition at the former Bishop Hafey High School.

The Homecoming Dance will be held Friday in the gymnasium.

Cardinal Brennan and Bishop Hafey alumni and families are invited to participate in the celebration and encouraged to wear their school’s spirit wear.
