An arrest warrant has been issued for a Carbon County man for an offense that occurred Jan. 14 at the Walmart store in Mahoning Township.

Mahoning Township Police Department said Julian Andre, 20, whose last known address is in Albrightsville, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and retail theft, for the incident.During the investigation, police seized heroin, marijuana, suboxone, oxycodone, diazepam, carisoprodol, and zolpidem tartrate.While attempting to arrest Andre, he resisted officers and had to be restrained with force.Anyone with information on his location is asked to call 911.
