Schuylkill County court — ARD
Schuylkill County Judge Christina E. Hale has placed four local people into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
The program is for those offenders with no criminal record, or a very limited one, who have been charged with minor, nonviolent offenses.
Those who successfully complete the program may have their records cleared. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.
