Joseph Engler Jr. of Jim Thorpe was admitted to the practice of law before the Courts of Connecticut and the Supreme Court of that state. He is a son of Attorney and Mrs. W. Joseph Engler. He will serve in a legal clerkship under Federal District Court Judge Emmet Charles, starting Sept. 1. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's School, Jim Thorpe; Marian High School, and Boston College Law School.
