Judith A. Vacula, 49, of Tamaqua, has been charged with criminal trespass, defiant trespass and defiant trespass posted for an incident on Feb. 3.

At 12:48 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Broad St., where they said Vacula was seen inside the condemned property. Upon arrival Vacula was found inside her vehicle. An investigation revealed Vacula had been in the residence which was legally posted. Police noted she was previously notified she was not to enter the property.

Vacula is free on $5,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. March 16 in Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer’s courtroom.
