Jennifer Shukaitis, treasurer of the Monroe County Democratic Committee, will be offering a series of online workshops for Democrats considering running for office, fundraising for candidates, helping run and participate in campaigns, or have an interest in public service in Monroe County.

Follow-up workshops in February will take place on:

• Feb. 13 at 3 p.m.: Public Speaking and Writing Bootcamp with Lois Heckman

• Feb. 25 at 7 p.m.: Candidate Workshop on Campaign Strategy and Organization

Open positions on the ballot this year include: county treasurer, school board, supervisors, mayors, auditors, judge of elections, inspector of elections and tax collectors.
