A brief ceremony last night marked the rededication of the restored Panther Valley High School football stadium.
The project, which included the rebuilding of the bleachers, cost more than $2.5-million and was made possible by a $1.5-million state grant secured for the district by Rep. Keith R. McCall.The work was performed by Bognet, Inc., and Lombardo & Lipe, Inc.The original stadium was erected in 1937. The labor was provided then by the Federal Works Progress Administration.
