Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the American Fire Company No. 1 of Lansford will not be able to hold its fall food truck festival.

On Oct. 3, the American Fire Company, 26 E. Patterson St., will be having a drive-­thru pulled pork platter sale, which will be followed with our meat raffle. the pork platter includes pulled pork sandwich, homemade macaroni & cheese, coleslaw and applesauce. Platters will be served from noon to 4 p.m. Preorders are suggested.

This will be a drive-thru fundraiser, so pull in the front of our engine room (off Patterson Street), pay and pick up your meal(s) and leave through the rear of our station. Local delivery is also available.

The meat raffle will occur at 5 p.m. with 20 prizes to win.
