In other business, Ross Township supervisors on Tuesday:

• Supervisors voted to donate $100 to Meals on Wheels, on behalf of Dan Lyons, Township Planning Commission Solicitor; and $100 to the American Cancer Society, on behalf of Dale Kirk, township auditor. They passed away recently.

• Supervisors discussed pending repairs to the Flyte Road Schoolhouse roof, which will be part of the 2021 budget. They are also awaiting quotes to repair the ramp and other parts of the municipal annex building; to stain the wood on the municipal building; and demolition of the Kunkletown Road garage.

• Supervisors approved Roger and Sandra Christman’s lot joinder request.

• Supervisors and meeting attendees praised Road Foreman Ethan Brewer and his two colleagues for their quick response to make repairs and clean up damage caused by the early August storm.
