Schuylkill County Judge John Domalakes has sentenced a Carbon County man to up to 23 months in jail on drug and theft charges filed by Coaldale police.

Daniel Fink, 32, of Parryville, was sentenced in three cases; the sentences are to be served at the same time.In the first case, Domalakes sentenced him to three to 23 months on a charge of receiving stolen property on June 2, 2014. A theft by unlawful taking charge was dropped in plea negotiations.In the second case, he was sentenced to time he served from Jan. 6 through Sept. 23 up to 23 months for delivery of a controlled substance on Nov. 5, 2014. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and criminal use of a communication facility were dropped.In the third case, Domalakes sentenced Fink to 12 months of probation on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 28, 2014.
