State police are investigating a crash Saturday morning in Blythe Township. The incident occurred at 11:45 a.m. as the driver was traveling Route 209 just west of Middleport. The male driver lost control, rolling the vehicle onto its side along the north berm. The victim was treated at scene by Schuylkill paramedics before being transported to a nearby trauma center with head injuries. Firefighters from Middleport and Cumbola shut down the roadway.
