A Tamaqua man is facing a criminal mischief charge for his part in damaging another person’s vehicle.

State police at Frackville said on Aug. 21 at 1:55 p.m. in Schuylkill Township, Daniel Farber, 40, of Tamaqua, threw a stone at the vehicle of another Tamaqua resident, causing a dent and paint damage.
