                HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Police say a state employee was stabbed to death in an apparent robbery a half-mile from the Pennsylvania capitol.
                Harrisburg police tell PennLive (http://bit.ly/1x1i1g9 ) a jogger found Richard McQuown's body Saturday morning near a park along the Susquehanna River.
                There were no keys or identification.
                Police say McQuown was last seen with friends Friday night at a Harrisburg bar. They say he died from the effects of the stabbing and apparent hypothermia.
                An autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
