Carbon County Navy Club, with the permission of Lansford Borough, is planning a plaque and monument to all waterborne veterans, past, present and future, to be placed in the town, similar to the one that was created in Summit Hill earlier this year.

The club is looking for monetary donations to make this project a success. To donate, contact Robert "Ski" Siesputowski at 219 W. Checks should be made payable to Lansford Monument.The club is looking to complete this project before Memorial Day.
