Jefferson Health Plans hosted its annual day at the Lehigh Valley Zoo on Sept. 19, bringing together community members from across the region for a day of family fun, education and member engagement.

The free community event welcomed registered attendees for complimentary admission to the zoo packed with a day filled with family friendly activities.

Guests spent their time exploring exhibits, learning about wildlife and enjoying quality time with family and friends. Attendees received complimentary food and drink vouchers to help their families enjoy a full day of activities at no cost.

Throughout the day, Jefferson Health Plans’ team members talked with attendees and provided information about the benefits and services offered.

“This event was a special opportunity for us to bring families together and reinforce our commitment to the communities we serve,” said Krista Hoglund, ASA, MAAA, MBA, president, Jefferson Health Plans. “We were thrilled to see so many people enjoying the zoo, spending time with loved ones and learning more about the resources available to them through Jefferson Health Plans.”
