Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following matters on Monday:

Curriculum and Instruction

• Agreement with Apple Tree Educational Associates LLC to provide bilingual school psychologist services to assist the special education department for the 2026-2027 school year.

• The Intergovernmental Agreement for Title I Equitable Services with CLIU #21 for the 2026-2027 school year, in the amount of $1,701, subject to adjustment based on final Title I funding allocations, to be funded through Federal Programs (Title I) funds.

• The Letter of Agreement for Title IIA Non-Public Administration and Services with CLIU #21 for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $510, to be funded through Federal Programs (Title II) funds.

• The Title III Consortium Memorandum of Understanding with CLIU #21 for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $10,156, with costs subject to final Title III funding allocations, to be funded through Federal Programs (Title III) funds.

• The Letter of Agreement for Title IV Non-Public Administration and Services with CLIU #21 for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $323, to be funded through Federal Programs (Title IV) funds.

• The Memorandum of Understanding with Center for Humanistic Change Inc. for a Mentoring Program at Slatington Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Agreement with Special Olympics for the addition of a Unified Strength and Conditioning Team, and the appointment of Greg Dieter and Lynne Werley-Olesak as co-coaches for the United Strength and Conditioning Team, at a stipend of $750 each, to be paid for by the Special Olympics.

• The agreement with PHEAA for designated school personnel to have remote access.

• The agreement with LCCC Shine for 21st CCLC Data Sharing.

Policy

• The use of Bulldog Stadium for the High School Senior Sunrise from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Sunday.

• Shannon Jones and Andy Kern as helping teachers for Matthew Fortsch, inductee, Year 1, at a stipend of $400 apiece.

Conferences

• Gabryella Wilder, to attend the 2026 Pennsylvania Science Teachers Association Conference, Oct. 11 to 12, in Harrisburg, with the cost of meals, $60, to be funded from the Northern Lehigh High School PD budget.

Summary offense notices

• Designated and authorized the following to sign summary offense notices for district students for the 2026-2027 school year: Chief David Jones, safety and security coordinator/school police chief; SPO Mark Nicosia, SPO Mark Thomas, and SPO Scott Prebosnyak, school police officers; James Schnyderite, Peters Elementary School principal; Todd Breiner, Slatington Elementary School principal; Nicholas Krajcic, elementary assistant principal; Daniel Williams, middle school principal; Lori Bali, high school principal; Nicole Del Gotto, high school and middle school assistant principal.
