State police at the Frackville barracks said Evan I. Worner, 23, of Harleysville, was injured when two motorcycles were involved in a crash at 9:44 a.m. Aug. 22 on Mill Mountain Road, East Brunswick Township.

Police said the severity of his injuries is unknown. He was transported by personnel from the New Ringgold Ambulance to the St. Luke’s-Geisinger Hospital, Orwigsburg.

Police said he was driving a 2006 Suzuki south when it struck a 2015 Yamaha operated by Ray E. Worner Jr., 52, also of Harleysville. He was uninjured.

Police said the Suzuki sustained functional damages while the Yamaha had minor damages.

Worner was cited for “following too closely,” police said.
