The Walk In Art Center in Schuylkill Haven will host a pet parade and “Pawcasso” pet expo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 22.

The expo will be held on the green space in front of the 220 Parkway art center.

There will be pet product vendors, pet adoptions, obedience demonstrations, nail clippings and the opportunity to have your pet create its own painting.

At noon, people are invited to walk their pets around the parkway for the inaugural Parkway Pet Parade.

Owners may choose to dress up their pets. Pets must be on a leash and get along with people and other animals.
