Jacob and Adam Lizak celebrated a proud family milestone during the week of May 5, as both brothers graduated from medical school and prepare to begin residency training.

The brothers are the sons of Dr. Richard and Ann Lizak of Schnecksville, and the brothers of Dr. Ethan Lizak.

Jacob Lizak earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania before attending the Burnett School of Medicine at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He will continue his medical training as an internal medicine resident at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans.

His younger brother, Adam Lizak, earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown before attending Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine. He will begin an anesthesiology residency at the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Their family celebrates their accomplishments, honors the hard work and sacrifice that brought them to this moment, and wishes them continued success as they begin the next chapter of their medical careers.
