The Schuylkill County Conservancy will hold an America250PA bus tour, “Schuylkill County Helped to Build a Nation,” from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on June 13.

Tour guides are “Forester Frank” Snyder and “Porcupine Pat” McKinney.

The bus will depart from C&R Bus Tours in Saint Clair and feature stops at the grave of George Washington’s drummer boy, Liberty Tree park in Tamaqua, Charles Baber Cemetery in Pottsville, Wildland Firefighters tribute arboretum, a strip mining operation and more.

There is a cost, which includes refreshments and lunch.
