Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following financial matters on Monday:

• Enter into an agreement with Herman Goldner Company Inc. for the supply and installation of a water softener at Slatington Elementary School, at a cost of $34,747.

• Agreement with Keystone Sports Construction to sand and refinish the high school gym floor.

• Sponsor agreement for meal services for the after school SHINE program between Lehigh Carbon Community College and Northern Lehigh School District at no cost to the district from Oct. 1, 2026, through Sept. 30, 2027.

• Purchase of 30 light pole banners to replace the current banners on the main campus and Peters Elementary School at a total cost of $3,975, to be funded through the school board budget.

• Sign the agreement for the CLIU Overdrive Consortium for the 2026-27 school year to provide e-books, audiobooks and other digital content at a cost of $2,300, an increase of $25 over the 2025-26 school year, to be funded out of the library budgets in the schools.

• Advertise and hire eight student summer workers and one supervisor, with the rate for student summer workers will not exceed $12.50 per hour and the rate for the supervisor will not exceed $15 per hour.

• Authorized administration to sign the CSIU eService Rates contract for accounting, payroll and personnel software services for the 2026-27 school year.
