Nesquehoning man guilty of DUI

A Nesquehoning man was found guilty of driving under the influence and several other traffic-related offenses during a bench trial in Carbon County last week.

Marvin Sidney Miller II, 48, will be sentenced on June 7, according to an order from Carbon County President Judge Roger Nanovic.

In addition to DUI, Miller was convicted of accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving and failure to keep right. He was found not guilty of driving at an unsafe speed.
