State police at the Pocono barracks said a 2020 Freightliner that was reported stolen out of Evansville, Indiana, was stopped and seized on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike at 7:13 p.m. March 29.

Police said they arrested a 37-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, on charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the case.

They said the rig was stopped on Interstate 476 southbound in Washington Township.

The truck is owned byis Penske Truck Leasing. Police said the vehicle is being stored in a secured lot.
