General co-chairmen of the 80th Anniversary Jubilee Committee of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Lansford, were appointed by Father Emil M. Sopoliga, pastor, during the first meeting of the committee.

Daniel Chromiak and Daniel Rabayda, current trustees of the church, will head the committee.

Committee heads named include: Invitations, Irene Melnick and Mary Swider; Ticket Sales, Betty Davidyock and Margaret Koshuta; Jubilee Booklet, Justine Scarlos, Kathleen Tirpak and Helen Lenick; and banquet arrangements, George Melnick, decorations, Mary Miller, program, and Joseph Melnick.
