Schuylkill County Coroner Dr. David Moylan III has identified the man who died in an industrial accident Monday morning.

Moylan said the victim is David Moyer, 63, and that a post-mortem CT scan was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Moylan said an autopsy would be scheduled.

Moylan said the case is under investigation in conjunction with occupational safety and the mining agency.

Moyer died in the industrial accident around 7:45 a.m. near the Schuylkill Energy Resources site, 120 Yatesville Road, which is near Shenandoah.

It was reported as an Euclid equipment rollover with entrapment. Soon after emergency personnel arrived on scene a coroner was called.
