The Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce will have its annual dinner on Oct. 5 at Mountain Valley Golf Course, 1021 Brockton Mountain Dr., Barnesville.

The Chamber will honor Bill Angst, recipient of the Joseph Plasko Jr. Citizenship Award; Ann Ostergaard, Business Person of the Year, and EMD Electronics, Business of the Year.

The keynote speaker is state Rep. Jamie Barton.

The event begins with a cash bar at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m.
