Carbon fair continues through Saturday

The Carbon County Fair runs through Saturday at 3285 Little Gap Road, Palmerton.

Entertainment, exhibits, food, rides, pony rides, face painting, petting zoo, wood carving, ax throwing, distillery specials will be featured daily.

The Amazing Anastasinis will perform aerial acts.

The schedule tonight includes Steel Creek on stage at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. and the youth, small and large car demolition derby at 7 p.m. On Friday the schedule includes: Palmerton and Lehighton high school bands at 5 and 5:30 p.m. respectively, Mystery City at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. and Barnyard Olympics at 6 p.m.
