A Schuylkill County man is facing 14 counts of indecent assault that were filed against him Thursday by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Leonard Serrano, of Auburn, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Rossi of Tremont on three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault and 11 counts of a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 19.

Police said the charges are contained in a second criminal complaint against Serrano stemming from numerous complaints of sexual assault from customers while they were receiving services at the ProSkin Brazilian & Body Waxing Salon, 1628 Long Run Road, Wayne Township.

To date, Serrano has been charged with nine felony counts of aggravated indecent assault and 17 misdemeanor charges of indecent assault.
