Paul Palisoc, 31, of Kunkletown, is facing fleeing and driving under the influence of a controlled substance charges after an incident at 4:04 p.m. April 27.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said they responded to an erratic driver report at East Sherwood Drive and West King’ Highway in Polk Township.

They saw Palisoc leaving the scene at a high rate of speed in a 2016 Jeep Patriot.

Police said a pursuit was initiated and he was taken into custody and discovered to be under the influence of drugs.
