Emergency crews are on the scene of a propane truck rollover, with 800 gallons of kerosene on the ground at Drakes Creek and Smith Road in Penn Forest Township.

The incident happened shortly after 9 a.m.

Emergency management director Mark Nalesnik and state police are on scene.

According to reports from the scene wires are down. PPL is reporting 377 people without electricity.

Penn Forest and Lake Harmony fire crews are on scene.

People within 1,000 foot radius of the scene were being evacuated.
