Emergency personnel in Lehighton were called out Tuesday evening to a crash with reported entrapment. The crash occurred just before 5 p.m. at the intersection of South Ninth and Bridge streets. The accident involved two sport utility vehicles, both coming to rest on South Ninth Street. Lehighton fire police maintained traffic control at the scene shutting down South Ninth Street between Bridge street and Route 443. Lehighton police are investigating the incident.
