State police at Schuylkill Haven

State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents:

• On May 13 at 2:30 a.m. troopers responded to South Tulpehocken Street in Pine Grove to assist a EMS unit with a woman who had fallen out of a vehicle. The woman was treated at the scene then flown by medical helicopter to the Hershey Medical Center.

The driver of the vehicle, a 2002 Ford, Kyle McNeal, 27, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, was charged for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and also drug possession charges.

• On May 12 at 2:28 p.m. troopers responded to Ann Street in Norwegian Township for a 911 hang-up call. It was determined that Karen Rohrbach, 58, of Pottsville, had stolen a cellphone of a 58-year-old man from Pottsville, and was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft from a motor vehicle. She arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Pottsville unable to post 10% of $10,000 bail.

• On May 16 at 5:29 a.m. troopers were dispatched to Well Drive in Barry Township, for a report of trespassing. Police said Taylor Simms-Lesher, 27, of Pottsville, was told multiple times over the past two days to stay off the property of a 77-year-old woman from Ashland.

He was charged with criminal trespass and defiant trespass, arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
