Firefighters are on the scene of a fire with explosions in Middleport.

A supervisor with the Schuylkill County Communications Center said a call was received at 3:48 p.m. for a fire at 4 Shade St., Middleport.

A caller stated there were explosions. Additional information was not provided about them.

The fire was marked under control recently.
