State police at Lehighton report on incidents

State police at Lehighton reported on the following incidents:

• On June 13 at 10:39 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2003 Dodge Neon at Floyd Drive and Hideaway Hill Road in Polk Township, Monroe County. The driver was identified as Tristan Thenier, 26, of Williston Park, New York. A check revealed he was wanted on a fugitive from justice warrant out of New Jersey. He was taken into custody.

• On June 7 at 12:17 a.m. troopers responded to the 300 block of Bridge Street, in Franklin Township, for an unwanted man. Dietrick Hosier, 31, of Weissport, was charged with several offenses including harassment - threat of physical contact. He was placed in the county jail.

• On May 22 at 2:15 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Lehigh Drive in Palmerton. The driver, Jonathan Herman, 21, of Lehighton, was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

• On June 5 at 1:50 p.m. troopers responded to the 500 block of Kunkletown Road in Eldred Township, Monroe County. Sean Sterner, 54, of Kunkletown, is facing a dog law violation. The listed victim is an 11-year-old girl from Saylorsburg.

On June 11 at 4:52 p.m. troopers responded to the 100 block of Crossridge Court, Ross Township, Monroe County, for a domestic incident. Sierra Atkins, 23, and Patricia Atkins, 49, both of Saylorsburg, were both cited for harassment - physical contact.

On June 12 at 9:52 a.m. troopers responded to the 500 block of Fairground Road in Polk Township for an inactive domestic. A fight occurred between a 31-year-old woman from Gilbert and Robert McMahon, 41, of Easton. McMahon left the scene prior to the arrival of officers. A charge of harassment - physical contact, was filed against McMahon.
