Northern Lehigh School approved the following personnel matters last week:

• The retirement of Ellen Yenser, high school emotional support teacher, effective Jan. 25, after 27.5 years of service; and the resignation of Mariel Cordero-Ledesma, long-term substitute teacher, effective Jan. 21.

• Drake Pristash, substitute teacher, health and physical education, for the 2020-21 school year.

• Renewed the appointment of Kim Deprill as a substitute paraprofessional for the 2020-21 school year.

• Acknowledgment that teacher Jennifer Balliet has completed the requirements per the collective bargaining agreement that would entitle her to a salary increase for the second semester of the 2020-21 school year.

• Amanda Bashore, helping teacher, Melissa Bowers, inductee, at a stipend of $200, in the Northern Lehigh School District Induction Program for the 2020-21 school year.

• Chris Baumann, Steve Martinez, Matt Newhard and David Pristash as game workers for the 2020-21 school year.

• Timothy Weaber, Slatington Elementary yearbook, $650.
