The Mauch Chunk Opera House may be closed to the public, but it’s still bringing music to its followers through two recorded performances of “A Very Slambovian Christmas.”

“We love Mauch Chunk (Opera House) and have played many a Christmas show there,” the band posted on the ticket page.

Tickets for both shows are now available for purchase at https://mcohjt.com. Shows will be broadcast at 8:30 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. on Sunday. The ticket is good for either or both shows.

A portion of the ticket sales will be going back to the Mauch Chunk Opera House.

Once you complete the ticket purchase, you should receive a receipt as well as a “ticket” email. That ticket email will contain a URL and password to the event’s virtual lobby.

The broadcast link will be posted in the virtual lobby closer to the show.
